That Council endorse the next steps for completing the preparation of the proposed Keswick Secondary Plan for Council’s adoption at a Council Meeting to be held on or prior to June 7, 2023, as outlined in Section 6.3 of Report No. DS-2023-0027. That the Town Clerk forward a copy of Report No. DS-2023-0027 and Council’s Resolution to the York Region Director of Community Planning and Development Services, the York Region Chief Planner, and the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, General Manager, Planning and Development.
