That the Committee of Adjustment receive Report No. DS-2021-0089 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department, dated September 20, 2021, respecting Minor Variance application A23-21, submitted by 1975321 Ontario Inc. for 411 Bouchier Street. That in the event no public or Committee concerns are raised at the meeting warranting investigation and a further meeting, Staff recommend the following: That Minor Variance application A23-21, as amended, not require re-circulation to clarify the relief being sought . That the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance application A23-21 to permit: The replacement detached garage to have a maximum height of 5.5 metres to the eaves and 7.0 metres to the peak, measured from average finished grade. A minimum front yard setback of 6.5 metres as it relates to the replacement detached garage. The surface material of the replacement coac h house that will be setback a minimum of 0.48 metres to the front lot line to not be required to be made of non-combustible materials. To permit the proposed replacement coach house, which is an exp ansion of the legal non-conforming coach house.
