That Minor Variance application A18-21 as submitted be refused, as it pertains to the property municipally addressed as 26478 Highway 48 to permit the construction of a detached garage, having a minimum setback of 6.0 metres to the rear lot line. However, Staff do support Minor Variance application A18-21, as amended, as it pertains to the property municipally addressed as 26478 Highway 48 to permit the construction of a detached garage, having a minimum setback of 3.0 metres to the rear lot line, subject to the following conditions: Submission to the Secretary-Treasurer of written confirmation from the On-Site Septic Inspector that there are no objections to the proposal; Submission to the Secretary-Treasurer of written confirmation from the Development Engineering Division that there are no objections to the proposal; and, That the above-noted conditions be fulfilled within one (1) year of the date of the Notice of Decision.
