That the Environmental Advisory Committee shall retain Mark Payne as an inactive member until such time as he is able to resume an active role on the Committee

That the June 28, 2021 agenda be adopted as amended

That the April 26, 2021 minutes be adopted with amendment

That Item 7.1 Plastic Wrap Disposal be received

That the Committee endorse the letter regarding plastic wrap disposal, as presented by GAgAC

That Item 9.1 Single-Use Plastics be received

That the following General Information Items be received: 11.1 "No Mow May" 11.2 Ontario Enhancing Blue Box Program 11.3 Ontario Enhancing Greenbelt in York Region 11.4 Ontario Recruiting 25 New Conservation Officers 11.5 York Region 2021 Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update No. 3 11.6 State of Forests in York Region, 2017

That the Committee has received the report from the streetscaping consultant and is in full agreement with residents on the importance of "greening" urban streetscapes, including planters and trees.

That the meeting adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
