Council Meeting

That the November 10, 2021 Council agenda, with the following addendum item, be adopted; Item No. 11.1.a, additional recommendation to be added to Report No. DS-2021-0098, staff will provide wording during their presentation.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2021-0104 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department, dated November 10, 2021 respecting an application for deeming by-law approval for the property municipally addressed as 24 Eastbourne Drive, Island Grove. That Council approve the application submitted by Colin Carter and Jan Thompson to deem Lots 4, 5, 47 and 48, Plan 97 not to be lots on a registered plan of subdivision for the purpose of Section 50(3) and in accordance with Section 50(4) of the Planning Act , R.S.O. 1990. That Council pass a by-law to deem Lots 4, 5, 47 and 48, Plan 97 not to be lots on a registered plan of subdivision for the purpose of Section 50(3) and in accordance with Section 50(4) of the Planning Act , R.S.O. 1990.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2021-0098 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department dated November 10, 2021 respecting an Official Plan Amendment application submitted by Margaret and Lawrence Gallina for 389 Curley Street. That Council approve the Official Plan Amendment application submitted by Margaret and Lawrence Gallina for 389 Curley Street. That Council pass the by-law to adopt the Official Plan Amendment application submitted by Margaret and Lawrence Gallina for 389 Curley Street. That the Town Clerk forward a copy of Report No. DS-2021-0098, Council's resolution and the adopted official Plan Amendment to the York Region Director of Community Planning and Development Services for approval.

That the following bylaws be adopted: 1. Bylaw Number 2021-0083 (PL-2) adopting Official Plan Amendment No. 142, Margaret & Lawrence GALLINA, Town Plot of Keswick, Lot 17, Part Lot 18, 389 Curley Street, Roches Point 1. Bylaw 2021-0083 to adopt OPA 142, 389 Curley St, November 10, 2021.pdf 2.
