That the Committee of Adjustment approv e Minor Variance Application A 08-22 to permit relief from the following: Section 6.1(i): To permit the construction of a two-storey single family dwelling with an unenclosed porch and steps in the front yard and an unenclosed below grade deck in the rear yard, to allow a maximum lot coverage of 38%; whereas 35% is permitted; and Section 5.45(a) : To allow an unenclosed porch and steps to encroach a maximum of 3.1 metres into the minimum front yard; whereas a maximum encroachment of 2.0 metres into the minimum front yard is permitted. This request results in a minimum front yard setback of 2.9 metres; and Section 5.45(a) : To allow an unenclosed below grade deck to encroach a maximum of 3.5 metres into the minimum rear yard; whereas a maximum encroachment of 3.0 metres into the minimum rear yard is permitted. This request results in a minimum rear yard setback of 3.5 metres.
