That Council receive Report No. DS-2022-0036 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department, dated May 11, 2022 respecting an application to amend Zoning By-law No. 500, submitted by Alair Homes Georgina (c/o Ryan Lockman) for the property legally described as Part Lot 4, Concession 3 (NG). That Council approve the application submitted by Alair Homes Georgina (c/o Ryan Lockman) to amend Zoning By-law No. 500 to rezone the property legally described as Part Lot 4, Concession 3 (NG) from Rural (RU) to site-specific Rural (RU-XX) zone and site-specific Open Space (OS-YY) zones; That Staff to bring forward the amending Zoning By-law for Council’s adoption following a satisfactory peer review of the Tree Inventory, Protection and Compensation Plan. That pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, in the event minor revisions are necessary respecting the proposed amending Zoning By-law, no further notice shall be required.
