1. That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0061 prepared by the Planning Policy Division, Development Services Department, dated October 22, 2025, respecting the Municipal Heritage Register Review - Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report; 2. That Council approve the revised Terms of Reference for the Georgina Heritage Advisory Committee as set out in Attachment 3 to Report No. DS-2025-0061; 3. That Staff be directed to commence the recruitment and appointment process for the Georgina Heritage Advisory Committee in accordance with the process set out in Report No. DS-2025-0061; 4. That for the remaining term of this Council, a newly appointed Heritage Advisory Committee be directed to focus their efforts on outreach and consultation with Landowners of the Listed properties remaining on the Heritage Register to explore opportunities for potentially designating additional properties under the Ontario Heritage Act; 5. That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0055 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department, dated October 22, 2025, respecting a Town-initiated general amendment to Zoning Bylaw 500 with respect to outdoor restaurant patios; and, That Council approve the Zoning Bylaw Amendment to permit and regulate outdoor restaurant patios as described in Report No. DS-2025-0055; That pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, in the event minor changes are necessary respecting the proposed Amending Zoning Bylaw, further notice shall not be required; and, That the amending Zoning Bylaw be finalized and passed by Council at a future meeting.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0064 prepared by the Planning Policy Division, Development Services Department dated October 22, 2025 respecting proposed Town-initiated amendments to the Town of Georgina Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw No. 500 to permit fourplex dwellings; That Staff report further to Council following the assessment of all Town Department and external agency comments presented in Report No. DS-2025-0064, as well as any comments raised by the public and Council at the Open Houses and Statutory Public Meeting; and, That Staff report back to Council on November 19, 2025 and that Council’s Resolution thereon serve as notice of said meeting to any person or public body that has requested to be notified of any future Council meeting.

That Council receive Report DS-2025-0065 prepared by the Planning Policy Division, Development Services Department dated October 22, 2025 respecting proposed Town-initiated amendments to the Town of Georgina Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw No. 500 to permit Additional Residential Units (ARUs); That Staff report further to Council following the assessment of all Town Department and external agency comments presented in Report No. DS-2025-0065, as well as any comments raised by the public and Council at the Open Houses and Statutory Public Meeting; and, That Staff report back to Council on November 19, 2025 and that Council’s Resolution thereon serve as notice of said meeting to any person or public body that has requested to be notified of any future Council meeting.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0066 prepared by the Planning Policy Division, Development Services Department dated October 22, 2025 respecting a proposed Community Improvement Plan supporting an Additional Residential Unit (ARU) Incentive Program and future Economic Development Initiatives; and, That Staff report back to Council on November 19, 2025, and that Council’s resolution thereon serve as notice of said meeting to any person or public body that has requested to be notified of any future meeting(s).

That Council receive the General Information items for October 22, 2025.

That the following bylaw be adopted; 1.
