That the February 22, 2022 minutes be

That the following items be received: 9.1 Asian History Month 13.4 Town of Georgina Anti Black and Anti Indigenous Racism Policy

That GEDAC provide 200 pen and notebook sets to the Town of Georgina to use as swag items during the York Region Pride Parade

That GEDAC requests Council endorsement to go forward with the creation of a Cultural Foods Flyer with the current list and any additions that may be submitted by the Committee by June 1st, and that Council direct the appropriate staff to create the flyer and distribute it through the Town website

That GEDAC requests Council endorsement for the Pan-African Flag Festival to be held on August 1, 2022 and that GEDAC requests Council approval to use $2500-3000 of the Committee's advertising funds to cover the costs for this special event

That GEDAC receive the designs from Communications, and that design version 4 be chosen, with the following changes if feasible:  That the heart be changed from rainbow colouring to solid red  That the red heart be placed in the middle of the interlocking arms

That the meeting adjourn at 6:28 p.m.
