That the November 12, 2025 Council agenda, with the following addendum items, be adopted; Item No. 10.1.c, Report No. DS-2025-0062, Application to Amend the Sutton/Jackson's Point Secondary Plan, Ballymore Developments (Sutton) Corporation, listed as Item No. 10.1.a on the main agenda Item No. 10.1.d, Report No. DS-2025-0067, Town Initiated Official Plan Amendment, Delegated Approval Authority, listed as Item No. 10.1.b on the main agenda Additional correspondence regarding Item No. 10.1.a/10.1.c

That Council adopt the following report recommendations; a. Update to the Street Name Inventory of Available Names 1. 2024 - 2025 Street Naming Report.pdf 2. Combined Attachments 3.pdf Report No. DS-2025-0069 RESOLUTION NO. C-2025-0280 That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0069, prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department dated November 12, 2025, respecting the consideration of names to be added into the Town’s Street Name Inventory of Available Names; That Council approve the names as supported by the Street Name Review Working Group and as identified in Attachment 2 to Report No. DS-2025-0069, and that these names be added to the Street Name Inventory of Available Names as compiled in Attachment 4; and, That Council direct Staff to forward Council’s resolution and the list of approved street names as set out in Attachment 2 to all individuals who submitted street names for consideration.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0062 prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department dated November 12, 2025 respecting an Official Plan Amendment application (File No. OPA-2025-0002) submitted by Michael Smith Planning Consultants; Development Coordinators Ltd. on behalf of Ballymore Development (Sutton) Corporation for lands on the north side of Timberbank Square, Sutton; That Staff report further to Council following the assessment of all Town Department and external agency comments presented in Report No. DS-2025-0062, as well as any comments raised by the public and Council at the Public Meeting; and, That Staff provide written notice of the next Council meeting, a minimum of two weeks in advance of the date of said meeting, to the following: Any person or public body that has requested to be notified of any future Council meeting(s); and, Any person or public body that has requested to be notified of Council's decision regarding the approval or refusal of the subject application.

That Council receive Report No. DS-2025-0067, prepared by the Development Planning Division, Development Services Department, dated November 12, 2025, respecting a Town-initiated amendment to the Official Plan (File No. OPA-2025-0005) to delegate approval authority for Minor Zoning Bylaw Amendments to the Director of Development Services (or designate), and establishing alternate measures for informing and obtaining the views of the public related to Minor Zoning Bylaw Amendments; That Staff report further to Council following the receipt and assessment of the public and Council’s comments; That Staff provide written notice of a Council meeting a minimum of two weeks in advance of the date of said meeting, to the following: Any person or public body that has requested to be notified of Council’s decision regarding the approval or refusal of the subject application.

That Council receive the November 12, 2025 General Information items.
